All Natural. Pure Cocoa Butter.
Ingredients: Cacao Beans, Sugar, Ginger, Calamansi, Cocoa Butter

Storage: Our chocolate bars are best stored at temperatures between 16 to 20 degrees celcius. You may also store them in wine chillers. If chocolates are stored in the fridge, it will be if chocolates bars are left out and eaten after 10-15 minutes. Please note that if the chocolates are stored in the fridge, white bloom may occur. (Whitish layer on the top of the bar due to separation of the cocoa butter. It does not affect the quality of the chocolate.)
